1. General Return Policy
At PixelHexPC, we accept returns under the following conditions:
Return Period: You can return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
Item Condition: The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all labels and seals intact.
Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation or receipt is required.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is defective or an incorrect product was sent.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened or used perfume bottles.
- Products not in their original condition.
- Items damaged due to mishandling or improper storage.
- Personalized or customized items.
- Clearance, promotional, or final sale items.
- Gift cards and free promotional products.
2. How to Initiate a Return
If your order meets our return policy criteria, follow these steps to process your return:
Step 1: Contact Customer Support

- Your order number
- The reason for your return
- Photos (if applicable) showing any defects or incorrect items
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
- Once we review your request, we will approve or decline the return.
- If approved, we will provide detailed return instructions, including the return address.
Step 3: Ship the Product Back
- Securely pack the item to prevent damage during transit.
- Use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
- Send us the tracking number once the item is shipped.
Step 4: Inspection & Processing
- After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.
- If approved, the refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
3. Refund Policy
Refund Method:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- If your order was paid via credit/debit card, the refund may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.
Important Notes:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or defective product).
- If a partial return is made on an order with a discount or promotion, the refund will be adjusted accordingly.

4. Exchange Policy
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If your product arrives damaged, follow these steps:
Email us within 48 hours of receiving the item with clear photos of:
- The damaged product
- The outer packaging and shipping label
We will evaluate your request and offer a replacement or full refund based on availability.
Exclusions:
- Exchanges are not allowed for products that have been opened or used.
- If a replacement product is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
5. Order Cancellation Policy
Before Shipment: You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund.
After Shipment: If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, and you must follow the return process instead.
6. Late or Missing Orders

- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s status.
Lost or Delayed Packages?
