  • Clearance, promotional, or final sale items.
  • Gift cards and free promotional products.

2. How to Initiate a Return

If your order meets our return policy criteria, follow these steps to process your return:

  • Photos (if applicable) showing any defects or incorrect items

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

3. Refund Policy

4. Exchange Policy

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If your product arrives damaged, follow these steps:

We will evaluate your request and offer a replacement or full refund based on availability.

🚨 Exclusions:

  • Exchanges are not allowed for products that have been opened or used.

5. Order Cancellation Policy

🔹 After Shipment: If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, and you must follow the return process instead.
