Refund and Return Policy – PixelHexPC

At PixelHexPC, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to assist you with our 30-day Return and Refund Policy. Please take a moment to read through the details below to understand how our return and refund process works.


1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Condition: The watch must be in unused, unworn, and new condition. It should have all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt.

Returns that do not meet the above requirements will not be accepted.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Send an email to info@pixelhexpc.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide you with instructions for returning the item.
  3. Return the Item: Package the item securely and include the RMA number on the return label. Please ensure the item is in its original condition, unworn, and with all packaging and tags intact.

Please Note: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure it reaches us safely.


3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s). Shipping fees and import duties/taxes (for international orders) are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, you may initiate a return and select a different model or size. Please follow the same return process and include your request for an exchange. If the exchange is for an item of higher value, you may need to pay the difference. If the item is of lower value, we will issue a refund for the difference.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

In the event you receive a damaged or defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer a full refund or exchange. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the damaged item and provide photos of the defect. Our team will guide you through the return process and issue a prepaid return label.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Personalized or custom products (e.g., engraved watches).
  • Final sale items.
