  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Shipping times do not include order processing time, which takes 1-2 business days.

2. Order Processing & Handling

Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM CST are processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and tracking link.
  • You can also track your order via Order Tracking Page.

Multiple Shipments
If you order multiple items, we may ship them in separate packages. You will receive separate tracking details for each package.

4. International Shipping

6. Delivery Issues & Delays

📦 Lost or Delayed Packages

🚨 Incorrect Shipping Address

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipping fees.
  • Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to change the shipping address.

📌 Damaged Packages

📌 Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If the delivery fails after multiple attempts, the carrier may return the package to us.
